How accurate is this?+
The math is simple on purpose. Your effective hourly value is your annual salary divided by your working weeks times 40 hours, and the value of reclaimed time is that rate times the hours you hand off across the year. It is an estimate of what your own time is worth, not a quote. It also only counts hours, so it leaves out the better meeting prep, smoother travel, and protected focus you get back, which tend to matter more.
What can an EA actually take off my plate?+
